While producing Websites and social media assets for bands, brands, and management companies I consistently exceed expectations. Being an early adopter of emerging Web music technologies I use current technologies to help the artist fans to consume, share, buy music, and interact with the artist. Key clients include LiveNation, hip-hop duo Blackalicious, Gift of Gab, POSSO the DJ, Kinetic 9 and Game Audio Alliance.

Business development activities include:

  • Providing Mozilla with introductions to Music tech companies which resulted in signed contracts with exFM, and AudioVroom.
  • Helping secure and maintain relationships with Alcatel-Lucent, SoundCloud, Gracenote, Official.fm, BMI, Cred.fm, Thrillcall, Tunecore, ThingLink, Slacker, InGrooves, HRT, Vertical Acuity, Friendster, ToneThis (and more),as well as a handful of industry-leading speakers, as Community Architect for the SF MusicTech Summit.
  • Analyzing and redesigning product and sales process for a leading Website for fans of live music approached me to redesign its product and help with Sales.
  • Providing assistance to a leading playlisting Website with over 40 million users to help reinvigorate its product with a re-design and new direction in revenue sources.
  • Entertaining discussions to lease my own music crawler to a well-establish player in the meta-data space.
  • Developing pilot programs for a seed-stage mobile concert music application.

I advise the producer of the event in curating sponsors, attendees and panelists as well as setting the overall agenda and tone for this bi-annual conference attracting over 1000 executives, investors and entrepreneurs in the digital music space. I network at a variety of entrepreneurship-focused events to promote the event and associated brand, maintaining a recognized track record of consistent success in evangelizing to the music technology community and successfully connecting people.

Redwood Credit Union Auto Services
Senior Sales Advisor
Closed an average of $2.5M annually in consumer financing by providing new and used car brokering to the credit union’s 120,000 members of this $1.8B not-for-profit financial cooperative. Responsible for handling all aspects of business from consultation to car acquisition, financing or leasing, and delivery.

Angry Coffee, Inc.
Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer
After being the original author of the 4 technical tutorials that garnered Angel investment I managed all operational and business development aspects of this music tech start-up that was featured in over 80 publications, including the front page of The Wall Street Journal, The Times (London), WIRED Magazine, The Los Angeles Times, Variety, The Hollywood Reporter, The New York Post, NPR, ABC Nightly News, and the cover of eCFO Magazine. Prepared and analyzed financial projections, AR/AP employee/investor relations, A&M and conducted all due diligence activities. While exceeding sales targets and championing process improvement acted as lead sales representative supervising four inside-sales U.S. territory representatives and managing special projects for the VP of Sales.

South Central Inside Sales Representative
One of four U.S. territory sales representatives that exceeded monthly sales targets offering general aviation aircraft repair documentation and federal regulatory information on microfiche and CD-ROM to the aviation industry.

Renewal Representative
Closed a total of $18-20M annually in subscription based renewals while always keeping a retention rate above of 92%.
